About

Glass and calibration, under one roof

We replace windscreens and other vehicle glass, and the camera calibration that often follows is done on the same site. That's the whole idea.

Our story

Part of National Automotive Network Group

National Autoglass is the glass specialist inside National Automotive Network Group. We work out of the same Reservoir site as National ADAS Calibrations and National Auto-Tec, and the people on the team have been in the trade for more than 15 years.

The three trades are together for one reason: a damaged vehicle usually needs more than one of them. A replaced windscreen almost always needs its camera recalibrated. A recalibration sometimes turns up a wiring fault that an auto electrician needs to clear first. Running all three under one roof means a customer, or a panel shop, makes one booking instead of three.

We fit OEM-equivalent glass, bond it to the manufacturer's cure time, and hand off to calibration in the same visit instead of sending the vehicle somewhere else.

Why one site matters

Fewer handovers, fewer days off the road

One handover, not two

The glass and the calibration are done by people who talk to each other, in the same workshop, so nothing gets lost between jobs.

Fewer days off the road

A vehicle that goes elsewhere for calibration sits in a queue twice. Here it's one visit.

Paperwork that matches

The calibration report names the glass replacement it followed, which is what insurers and fleet managers want in the file.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to

  • Check before we promise

We look at the vehicle for cameras and sensors first, then tell you what the job involves.

  • Bond it properly

Correct prep, correct urethane, and the full cure time. The glass is a structural part of the car.

  • Straight answers

If a chip can be repaired we say so, even though a replacement is a bigger job. If it can't, we say that too.

  • No second trip

Where we can do the glass and the calibration in one visit, we do.

Tell us the vehicle and we'll tell you the job.

Send the make, model and year (or the rego) and what's wrong with the glass. We'll confirm what it needs, including whether the camera has to be recalibrated, before you book.
