Terms of Service

These terms apply to any glass replacement, repair or related service booked with National Autoglass (ABN 54 684 799 237).

Quotes are based on the vehicle and glass type described at the time of enquiry. The final price is confirmed once the vehicle is inspected, since glass type, trim level and calibration requirements vary between vehicles that otherwise look identical.

Where a vehicle requires ADAS camera calibration after glass replacement, that calibration is carried out or arranged before the vehicle is returned. We do not release a vehicle with a known uncalibrated safety system.

Payment is due on completion unless an insurance or fleet billing arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
